Deleting or Closing Your Account
There are several things to consider before deleting your Dedoose account. Remember that if you have an individual account, you will not be charged if you do not log in to Dedoose. Often we recommend simply not using the application so that your projects will be available for you upon your return.
However, if you wish to delete your account and all associated projects/data, you can do so by submitting a support request here.
If you are the admin of a group account, you will first need to remove all users from the group account. Doing so ensures that no charges are automatically generated for the account group and enables other users in the group account to take control over their own account.
