Payment Options
There are various way to pay for your subscription including:
- Within the Dedoose app via credit/debit card
- Outside the Dedoose app via credit/debit card
- ACH Payment, Wire Transfers, Checks
Paying within Dedoose
In-App Credit Cards: The application accepts credit cards for users who want to submit a payment on their own. To make a payment through the application please follow the steps below.
- Log in
- Go to the Account workspace
- Go to the Billing tab
- Click the Make Payment button
- Fill in the information about your desired payment amount and whether you would like automatic billing
Reminder: If you want an Annual subscription or pay for multiple months, you can adjust the payment amount in the Billing tab.
Paying Outside Dedoose
Out of App Credit Cards: To make a payment outside of the application with a credit card, email support@dedoose.com requesting an online invoice. Please include the following information to speed up the process:
- Name:
- Number of Users:
- Number of Months:
- Which email the invoice be sent to:
- Username:
This is most often used when someone other than the user needs to make a payment on behalf of a user.
ACH Payment, Wire Transfers, Checks
We also accept wire transfers, ACH payments, and physical checks. To make a payment using any of these three methods, we need the following information to generate an invoice:
- Name:
- Address (Optional):
- Number of Users:
- Number of Months/Years:
- Which email should the invoice be sent to:
- Dedoose Username*:
Reminder: To process a payment, we need the Dedoose username/account that the payment should be credited to.
For physical checks, mail them to the “Remit To” address on the invoice.
